It is getting pretty obvious from the current trial that I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby sees the truth pretty much as a vampire sees garlic. Keeping this in mind, we should consider that this man was Vice President's right hand man and that he played a critical part in producing the evidence for the Iraq invasion of 2003. Apparently, he lied to FBI Agents during the investigation early and often. When his lies crossed paths he simply blamed lapses in memory.
This thing is filthy and if Congress does not look into this any further they should all resign. Vice President Cheney is being revealed as the central figure behind the lies and distortions that lead up0 to this war and justice should be exacted.
Oh well, at least he didn't lie about extra-marital sex. Then we'd have to impeach him!
